BAP Lima Auditor Training Course

Two BAP Auditor Training Courses Added to 2018 Schedule

The Global Aquaculture Alliance’s (GAA) Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) division in early March announced the addition of two BAP auditor training courses to the 2018 schedule. The first course will be held at GAA’s new headquarters in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, from June 24 to 30, and the second course will be held at the Marriott Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua Resort in Bali, Indonesia, from Oct. 21 to 27. New auditor candidates and existing auditors requiring refresher training are welcome to attend both courses. Lima Auditor Training Course Draws 41 Attendees

The Global Aquaculture Alliance’s (GAA) Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) division held a successful BAP auditor training course at the Crowne Plaza Lima in Lima, Peru, from Feb. 4 to 10. The course had a total of 41 attendees, including 26 auditors (18 of whom are new to the BAP program) and seven industry observers. Participants traveled from all over the world to attend the course, including Brazil, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Scotland and Vietnam. Shanghai To Host Next BAP Auditor Training Course

The Global Aquaculture Alliance’s Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) division invites new auditor candidates and returning auditors requiring refresher training to attend a BAP auditor training course in Shanghai, China, from April 2 to 8, 2017. Miami Auditor Training Course Draws 14 Auditors

A total of 14 new or returning auditors and 35 industry observers attended the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) auditor training course in Miami, Florida, USA, from Nov. 28 to Dec. 3. Attendees came predominantly from Belize, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, India, Ireland, Peru and the United States. Latest BAP Auditor Training Course Draws Record 43 Participants

A record-high 43 auditors attended the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) auditor training course in Bangkok, Thailand, from June 19 to 25, the Global Aquaculture Alliance has announced. The BAP program integrity team regularly holds auditor training courses around the globe for new auditor candidates and returning auditors requiring refresher training, as well as industry observers interesting in learning more about the about the BAP certification standards and auditing process.
